Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen measurement, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making across our product portfolio. You will build scalable analytics foundations and dashboards, collaborating with product, data, and R&D teams to ensure signals guide investments.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL skills, experience with Mixpanel/Looker/dbt, and a passion for turning data into practical insights that drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Advanced SQL and analytics tooling experience.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics workflows and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Product Measurement & Instrumentation: define event taxonomy, tracking standards, dashboards, and metrics for reliable signals.
• Analytics & Data Foundations: work with Mixpanel/Segment/Looker, build dbt models, and support data quality and VOICE of the customer inputs.
• Insight Generation & Reporting: translate usage and customer signals into actionable insights for stakeholders and executives.
