Job summary

YipitData is seeking a Senior Data Product Analyst to own the path from raw alternative data to trusted, product-ready intelligence. You will design methodologies, define data requirements, and work with Engineering to shape scalable, well-documented data pipelines that empower customers to derive reliable insights from AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in data product management, analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL fluency and comfort with data pipelines and dependencies.
• Experience owning data documentation, metric definitions, or data quality programs.
• Proven cross-functional coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate raw data into AI-ready data products and scalable data models.
• Define methodologies for combining diverse datasets and interpreting outputs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to shape clean, well-documented pipelines.
• Own metric definitions, data lineage, and documentation for explainable outputs.
• Set product guardrails and edge cases for reliable, defensible conclusions.
• Review methodology changes impacting product behavior.
• Help set the data-centric product roadmap with leadership.
