TechStar Group is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Appian-based Digital Orchestration Layer. The role combines business process analysis, workflow documentation, user access considerations, and stakeholder coordination across IT and business teams in a remote EST setting.

You will own requirements, analyze configurations, map processes, and drive test cycles from design through UAT, delivering clear acceptance criteria and timely project outcomes in a regulated enterprise environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years as a Product, Business, or Functional Analyst.
• Expertise in process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience with BPM, workflow automation, or orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of application configurations and user access management.
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
• Proven ability to independently drive outcomes.

Mansioni

• Partner with the Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders.
• Document business processes, workflows, requirements, and operating procedures.
• Analyze Appian configurations, workflows, roles, security, and integrations.
• Support DOL clone/cleanse activities, including migration and user-role mapping.
• Manage user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and validation.
• Coordinate across business, development, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive deliverables with strong ownership and accountability.
