Job summary

Current is seeking a Producer, Client Experience & Growth to drive proposal production and new business coordination. You will work with strategy, creative, production, and operations to ensure every proposal is polished, on time, and comprehensively prepared for client interactions.

In this remote-first role, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and client communications, while continually improving templates and workflows to accelerate opportunities from intake through handoff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a producer/PM/AD/BDCoord role in a digital agency or consulting setting.
• Experience coordinating proposals, pitches, RFPs, or client-facing deliverables.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and producing polished, client-ready work.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business development opportunities from intake to proposal submission.
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop proposal decks, budgets, scopes, and client materials.
• Serve as primary coordinator for prospective client communications.
• Maintain opportunity tracking and reporting in Nutshell CRM and planning tools.
• Coordinate weekly BD resource forecasting with department leads.
• Lead handoffs of won opportunities to delivery teams for kickoff.
• Support client experience initiatives including events and sponsorships.
• Improve proposal templates, workflows, and CRM processes.
