Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Producer to serve as a key client-facing partner, connecting client goals with strong creative strategy and execution. You’ll lead opportunities from discovery through close and stay as the primary client contact, guiding scope, timing, and budget with leadership and creative leads.

You’ll own client relationships, ensure alignment with strategy, and drive projects from kickoff to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in creative production, account management, or client services.
• Strong understanding of film, video, content, or campaign production.
• Experience scoping, pitching, and leading client-facing creative work.
• Ability to connect business goals with creative strategy and execution.
• Strong judgment across creative ambition, budget, timeline, and scope.
• Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and creative teams.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead new opportunities from discovery through close.
• Understand client goals and translate them into strong creative approaches.
• Scope and pitch projects, balancing strategy, creative ambition, budget, and timing.
• Develop proposals, scopes, and pricing with leadership and creative leads.
• Own the client relationship and project from kickoff through final delivery.
• Keep creative work aligned with the client’s strategy, goals, and expectations.
• Partner with production and creative leads to keep execution, timelines, and deliverables on track.
• Navigate feedback, scope changes, and key decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Build trusted client relationships that drive repeat business and new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client partnerships.
• Help improve how we approach intake, scoping, and client management.
