Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is seeking an experienced Producer to lead integrated projects from kickoff through delivery. This remote-first role requires someone who can manage client relationships, run video shoots, scope website builds, and keep multi-market campaigns on schedule.

You will bridge client needs with our creative, development, and media teams, owning scope, budgets, and timelines. Expect hands-on work, autonomy, and a path toward greater leadership within a small, independent agency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years production or project management experience in an agency or comparable environment.
• Fluency in two or more of digital/web, video/broadcast, print production.
• Hands-on experience authoring estimates, scopes of work, and detailed schedules.
• Understanding of design and development processes for accurate scoping.
• Pre-production and on-set leadership experience.
• Proficiency with project mgmt tools (Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Ability to write precise prompts for AI tools; know what AI should touch vs human work.
• Occasional travel and on-set availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Own website builds with IA, content workflow, QA, and launch.
• Lead end-to-end video productions (planning, crew, talent, locations).
• Coordinate schedules with media flight dates to land before buys.
• Serve as primary client contact and proactively manage expectations.
• Mentor Junior Producers and drive process improvements.
