Job summary

The Land & Air Defense Systems unit seeks an experienced Acquisition Professional to lead sourcing and the full PO lifecycle for DoD, FMS, and DCS contracts, including supplier development and post-award management.

You will prepare and issue RFPs, place POs, negotiate terms, and perform price/cost analysis while maintaining strong supplier relationships with

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar role
• U.S. Person status or eligible for export authorizations

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFPs.
• Place medium-complexity purchase orders per FAR/DFAR and contract types.
• Support negotiation strategies and formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms & Conditions).
• Perform price and cost analysis in support of proposals.
• Nurture relationships with first-tier subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and PM to meet objectives; maintain POs.
