Placements24 is seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join their fully remote team. You will oversee sourcing and purchasing across materials and services, ensuring cost efficiency and quality from anywhere.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or purchasing
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management
• Strong communication and analytical skills for remote work

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from requisition to order fulfillment for diverse categories
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive sourcing
• Negotiate favourable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and manage contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with a global network of suppliers
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures and ethical standards in all transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely procurement support
