Placements24 is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our remote team supporting operations based in Welkom. You will manage the full procure-to-pay cycle from requisition, PO creation, delivery tracking, to invoice reconciliation in a fast-paced virtual environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in procurement or administrative roles, is highly organized, communicates clearly, and is proficient with Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotes, orders, and deliveries.
• Verify invoices against POs and delivery receipts.
• Maintain procurement records, digital and physical.
• Provide order status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support sourcing activities and supplier relationship management.
