Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain or order administration.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Good communication via email and phone to chase suppliers and confirm orders.
• Organised approach to a high volume of open orders and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Raise and track purchase orders through to delivery.
• Chase suppliers on order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing and lead time data.
• Support demand and stock planning with clean reporting.
• Resolve delivery shortages and invoice queries with suppliers.
• Keep supply chain documentation organised and traceable.
