Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement and logistics operations for clients across diverse regions. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating with suppliers, monitoring shipments, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring all supply chain activities align with company standards from a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or purchasing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Certificate/degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery per PO.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supplier communications.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners.
• Assist in reports on supply chain performance and costs.
• Identify and propose solutions for disruptions or inefficiencies.
