Job summary

HKR.TEAM is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a US-based client in home design and furnishings. This remote, ~3-month contract role focuses on supporting the sales squad, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate SKU/order data while coordinating with product and vendor teams.

You will be trained on Zendesk, ERP and invoicing tools, with a deadline-driven environment and strong emphasis on attention to detail. Start ASAP is encouraged, with a flexible remote-first setup across Latin America.

Qualifications

• Junior to mid-level experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a similar ops role.
• Excel wizard comfortable analyzing data and managing details (SKUs, orders, invoices).
• Multitasking pro, able to juggle several tasks and switch gears quickly.
• You’ll be trained on Zendesk, ERP and invoicing tools.
• English communication skills are C1 or higher (written and spoken).
• Available to start ASAP for ~3-month contract through December 2026.
• Bonus points: ERP/Zendesk experience, PO lifecycle, or product data in retail/home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales squad via Zendesk, tracking SKU statuses and PO lifecycles.
• Process vendor invoices in invoicing platform and ERP system.
• Maintain clean order records by processing vendor confirmations.
• Bridge vendors, procurement team and product development for 160–180 new SKUs monthly.
• Assist across procurement and logistics with admin and data tasks.
