Job summary

HKR.TEAM is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support a US-based home design and furnishings client. The role is remote-first, with alignment to US Eastern Time and a daily overlap.

You will assist in SKU lifecycle, vendor invoicing, and data-driven procurement processes while collaborating with sales, product, and vendor teams. Training on Zendesk and ERP is provided, and the contract runs through December 2026 with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Junior to mid-level experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a similar ops role.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Able to multitask effectively and switch between tasks.
• Fast learner, with training on Zendesk, ERP, and invoicing tools.
• English at least C1, written and spoken, for collaboration with US teams.
• Available to start ASAP for a ~3-month contract through Dec 2026 (potential extension).
• Bonus: experience with PO lifecycle or product data for retail/home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales squad via Zendesk, tracking SKU statuses and PO lifecycles.
• Process vendor invoices in invoicing platform and ERP system.
• Maintain order records by processing vendor order confirmations.
• Assist in launching 160-180 SKUs monthly, bridging vendors, procurement, and product development.
• Support procurement and logistics with admin and data tasks as needed.

We are on the lookout for the next awesome detail-oriented supply chain whiz to join HKR.TEAM as a Procurement Coordinator, working for a US-based client in the home design and furnishings space.

Btw, HKR.TEAM was remote before it was even cool!

What you’ll be doing?

• Support the sales squad via Zendesk, tracking down SKU statuses and purchase order (PO) lifecycles to give crystal-clear, accurate updates.
• Crush vendor invoices by submitting, validating, and revising them in our client's invoicing platform and ERP system.
• Keep order records spotless by processing vendor order confirmations right after they are placed.
• Play a key role in launching 160-180 fresh SKUs every month, acting as the ultimate bridge between vendors, the procurement team, and product development.
• Jump in and save the day across procurement and logistics, taking on administrative and data tasks wherever the team needs an extra hand.

About You

• You’ve got junior to mid-level experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a similar ops role.
• You’re a Microsoft Excel wizard who’s totally comfortable analyzing data and managing the fine details (especially with SKUs, orders, and invoices).
• You’re a multitasking pro, easily juggling different tasks and switching gears like a champ.
• You learn systems at lightning speed—you’ll get trained on Zendesk, ERP, and invoicing tools, so no stress if you haven’t used them yet!
• Your English communication skills are top-notch (at least a C1 level, both written and spoken), ready to collaborate with US-based sales, product, and vendor teams.
• You’re available to kick things off ASAP for this ~3-month contract gig (running through December 2026, possibly extending into early Q1 2027).
• Bonus points: You have hands‑on experience with an ERP system/Zendesk, know the PO lifecycle, or have a background in product data for retail/home furnishings!

Remote, full-time job - work from the comfort of your own home!

Aligned with US Eastern Time (ET) schedule, with at least 5 hours of daily overlap (with 1 hour of lunch break)
