HKR.TEAM, a remote-first consultancy, is seeking a Product Data Associate to support a US-based luxury interior design client. You will manage product data across ERP, PIM, and the website, ensuring flawless launches and accurate catalogs.

You’ll gather, validate, and maintain classifications, attributes, dimensions, and vendor details, while coordinating with global partners. This role is remote, full-time, aligned with US Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data entry, product data, catalog management, or similar detail-heavy roles.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, filters, pivot tables).
• Experience juggling multiple systems (ERP, PIM, back-end ecommerce) preferred.
• Strong written English and professional communication with partners.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with recurring processes.
• Nice to have: home furnishings/fashion experience, second language (Korean, Italian, German, or French), or AI-assisted data cleanup.

Responsabilités

• Set up new products and SKUs in ERP, PIM, and the website before launch.

• Reconciling data across multiple systems and fix discrepancies at the source.
• Follow up with global vendors to obtain missing specs while protecting relationships.
• Maintain clear trackers for open requests and launch readiness.
• Run recurring weekly and monthly data cycles, audits, cleanups, and launch prep.
• Identify recurring data issues and suggest improvements for faster setup.

We are on the lookout for the next awesome detail-obsessed data wizard to join HKR.TEAM as a Product Data Associate, working for a US-based client in the luxury interior design space to keep their massive product catalog accurate and ready for launch.

Btw, HKR.TEAM was remote before it was even cool!

What you'll be doing?

• Set up new products and SKUs in the ERP, the product information management (PIM) system, and the website, making sure every single field is flawless before launch.
• Gather, validate, and maintain crucial product data—like classifications, attributes, dimensions, and vendor details—throughout the product lifecycle.
• Play detective by pulling and reconciling info across multiple systems, spotting discrepancies, and fixing them at the source.
• Politely and persistently follow up with global vendors and mills (across the US, Europe, and Asia) to chase down missing specs while protecting valuable relationships.
• Keep the team in the loop with clear, up-to-date trackers for open requests and launch readiness so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Run recurring weekly and monthly data cycles, including audits, cleanups, and launch prep.
• Spot recurring data hiccups and suggest smart tweaks to make setup and maintenance faster and more reliable.

About You

• You've got 2+ years of experience in data entry, product data, catalog management, e-commerce operations, or a similar detail-heavy role.
• Your accuracy is legendary—you double-check your own work and catch the tiny errors that others usually miss.
• You're a wizard with Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, filters, pivot tables, and cleaning messy data are your jam).
• You're comfortable juggling multiple systems at once (bonus points if you have ERP, PIM, or e-commerce back-end experience!).
• Your written English is top-notch, and you have a professional, courteous follow-up style when chatting with external partners.
• You're highly organized, self-directed, and genuinely happy doing recurring, process-driven work to a consistently high standard.
• Nice to have: Experience in home furnishings/fashion, a second language (Korean, Italian, German, or French), or skills using AI tools for data cleanup.
• Remote, full-time job - work from the comfort of your own home!
• US Eastern Time overlap schedule (with 1 hour of lunch break)
