The role involves close collaboration with Contract Administration to close subcontracts, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods for lab activities. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of related experience, or an associate/bachelor’s degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus significant related experience, or an Associate degree with related experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience or familiarity with government contracting environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly reports to identify subcontracts ready for closeout and initiate closeout with Contract Administrator.
• Prepare weekly reports highlighting upcoming and past due POs.
• Contact suppliers to status POs and notify Contract Administrator of delays.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving to ensure timely receipt of items.
• Assist with supplier screening and small-dollar (P-card) procurement requisitions.
• Assist in resolving invoicing deficiencies and match exceptions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Procurement Director or Manager.
