Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a P2P Software Support Specialist to provide daily platform configuration and system administration within Downstream Procure-to-Pay functions. You will help maintain data integrity across P2P platforms and partner with Finance, IT, and operations to ensure compliant processes.

The role emphasizes ticket-based support, ongoing problem resolution, and process improvements in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in procurement systems, P2P technology, or a related technical support role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and database management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and maintenance of P2P platforms and related training.
• Maintain purchasing and payment data integrity across P2P platforms and accounting systems.
• Provide Help Desk support and respond to tickets within SLA.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and operations to ensure processes are followed.
