Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Remote Procure-to-Pay Software Support Specialist to assist in configuring P2P platforms, training users, and maintaining data integrity across procurement and payment systems. The role collaborates with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure compliant processes and timely issue resolution.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication with stakeholders, and eagerness to learn P2P solutions, with a strong focus on maintaining system-driven purchasing

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience reading, writing and communicating with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and maintenance of P2P platforms and payment processing.
• Maintain data integrity across P2P and accounting systems.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets within SLA and coordinate with Finance IT and Ops.
• Support process improvement through system configuration feedback.
