Job summary

Greystar is seeking a S2C Software Support Specialist to provide day-to-day platform configuration and system administration within Upstream Source-to-Contract functions. You will support supplier record integration, credentialing, and attributes across property accounting systems while partnering with senior staff to ensure compliant, consistent platform support.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with procurement systems, compliance technology, or a related technical support role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
• Basic mathematical skills for financial records, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• System support and compliance integration: maintain supplier management platforms, bidding tools, and CLM systems; ensure accuracy and compliance with owner requirements.
• Help desk & cross-functional coordination: manage help desk queue, respond to tickets and emails within SLA; liaise with accounting, IT, and operations.
• Reporting & continuous improvement: complete financial and administrative reports; participate in process improvements and maintain relationships with partners.
