Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Source-to-Contract Software Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day configuration and administration for Upstream S2C, including supplier record integration and credentialing support. You will maintain supplier attributes across property accounting systems, assist with troubleshooting, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant platform support and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic database tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain supplier management platform, bidding tools, and CLM systems.
• Maintain supplier record integration and attributes across accounting systems.
• Provide help desk support and respond to tickets within SLA.
• Collaborate with accounting, IT, and operations to implement system changes.
• Produce financial, administrative, and other reports; contribute to process improvements.
