Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• Experience reviewing student support tickets, incident reports, or records for accuracy.
• Experience interpreting institutional policies and testing requirements objectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring support tickets submitted by students.
• Review ticket documentation for completeness, accuracy, and policy alignment.
• Escalate valid technical issues to internal teams or vendors as needed.
• Document ticket outcomes and rationale clearly for audits and leadership review.
• Complete technical reviews of minimum system requirements for proctoring sessions.
• Review recorded proctoring sessions to verify testing conditions and behavior.
• Identify timestamps for events like connection loss or prohibited behavior.
• Assess if issues align with claims and related ticket documentation.
• Apply standardized criteria to distinguish user error, tech failure, or proctor error.
• Summarize findings in neutral language for faculty and leadership use.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive data.
• Maintain logs of ticket volumes and session outcomes for reporting.
