Qualifications

• Experience reviewing student support tickets, incident reports, and case documentation for accuracy and follow-up.
• Experience interpreting institutional policies and testing requirements consistently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related support tickets from students.
• Review ticket documentation for completeness and alignment with testing policies.
• Escalate technical issues to internal teams or vendors when needed.
• Document ticket outcomes and rationale for audits and leadership review.
• Complete technical reviews of minimum technology requirements and review session recordings.
• Summarize session review findings in neutral language for appeals decisions and faculty communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive student data and recordings.
• Maintain logs of ticket volumes and trends to support leadership reporting.
