Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Procore Consultant to lead implementations and integrations for Gulf Standard Time hours. This role supports our clients remotely, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years Procore experience, 5+ years in construction, a strong finance module understanding, and excellent communication to train teams and deliver insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience.
• 5+ years of Procore experience.
• Strong understanding of the Procore finance module.
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on Dubai Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders.
• Provide a higher level of service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s Procore project management database.
• Project management of implementation schedule and custom reporting solutions.
• Coordination and delivery of training including content and materials.
• Promote software adoption: uncover user barriers or resistance.
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required.
• Lead implementation of all Procore tools including pre-construction, project management, financials, & integration options.
• Lead effort to integrate Procore with client financial systems.
• Develop standard operating procedures utilizing Procore operations with client discovery.
