Job summary

One Day Installation & Repairs Inc. (ODIR Construction) is seeking a proactive Procore Administrator to manage the Procore platform across active jobs. You will configure projects, budgets, drawings, permissions, and directories, while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and financial tracking.

The role is full-time, remote, with a flexible schedule and weekly team check-ins. Candidates should have 2+ years of Procore experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Procore experience as an administrator or advanced user.
• Familiarity with construction workflows for general contractors (public and private projects).
• Strong technical and analytical skills; comfortable with cloud-based platforms and data entry.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain all new projects in Procore, including project info, budgets, schedules, drawings, permissions, tools, and folders.
• Configure and maintain company-level Procore settings, tool configurations, and templates.
• Manage and update project directories (company, vendor, subcontractor, internal users).
• Oversee Procore–QuickBooks Online integration for financial entries and syncing.
• Monitor project statuses and activity logs daily.
• Ensure timely management of submittals, RFIs, drawings, specs, and meeting minutes.
• Manage contract workflows: prime contracts, budgets, commitments, and change orders.
• Set up and review SOVs and enter subcontractor invoices when not submitted directly.
• Duplicate and enter payment data from QBO into Procore commitments and owner invoicing tools.
• Create and deliver weekly/monthly project reports, cost forecasts, and dashboards.
