Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC seeks a Procore Implementation Specialist in Kansas City, MO to lead development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology for efficient project delivery aligned with client needs and budgets.

Collaborate with project teams and management to document workflows, evaluate tools, and implement innovative solutions while supporting stakeholders and expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience in consulting preferred.
• Associate Degree with 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentations to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present proposed project execution solutions (software, hardware, code writing, automation).
• Execute proof of concept activities including detailed savings and benefits.
• Implement technology solutions with stakeholder adoption.
• Provide technology support to teams for optimal utilization.
• Evaluate processes and deploy tools to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Research and implement new technology and develop innovative approaches to services.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to present trends to leadership.
• Develop innovative products, solutions, and services to create new revenue streams.
• Assist in business cases for large investments and launches.
• Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and Strategic Initiatives to build cohesive client solutions.
