Job summary
AAA OSHA Training & Safety Consultants Inc is seeking a proactive Procore Administrator to oversee configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of our Procore project management platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the go-to expert for all Procore-related functions, support cross-functional project teams, and help ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and financial tracking in construction trades.
This is a remote position with openings in MA & NY and a per diem of $1,000.
Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Procore as administrator or advanced user.
- Familiarity with construction workflows for general contractors on public/private projects.
- Strong technical and analytical skills; comfort with cloud-based platforms and data entry.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee configuration and ongoing maintenance of the Procore platform.
- Support cross-functional project teams and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with financial tracking and project compliance within Procore.
