Job summary

AAA OSHA Training & Safety Consultants Inc seeks a proactive Project Admin / Procore Administrator to oversee configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of our Procore platform. You will be the go-to expert for Procore-related functions and support cross-functional project teams while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and financial tracking in construction trades.

Openings are in Massachusetts and New York with hourly rates between $30 and $50 and a $1,000 per diem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Procore experience as an administrator or advanced user.
• Familiarity with construction workflows for general contractors on public and private projects.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; comfortable with cloud-based platforms and data entry.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
