Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a solutions-driven Procore System Administrator to join our Data Center team. You will optimize the construction management platform, empower project managers and field teams, ensure data integrity, and build actionable reporting to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Procore administrator, strong knowledge of construction processes, and experience configuring integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and train non-technical users in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating custom reports and auditing data integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or IT; Procore Certified Administrator is highly preferred.
• Experience with OPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Manage company and project settings, user permissions, and templates to ensure secure access across teams.
• User Support & Training: Deliver troubleshooting, onboarding, and practical training for high user proficiency.
• Data Management & Reporting: Build dashboards/reports for real-time project and financial visibility.
• Integration & Process Improvement: Integrate Procore with accounting/ERP systems.
• Platform Optimization: Monitor performance and stay updated with new Procore features.
