Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Processing Specialist to join a collaborative, data-driven team. The role focuses on processing client data to exact specifications, using Nuix, Relativity One, and Lighthouse tools to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will support quality control, data investigations, and KPI targets while coordinating with local and remote teammates in a fast-paced environment. A degree and e-discovery experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years processing data in an e-discovery environment or similar technical work.
• Demonstrated passion for driving process improvement, collaboration, and innovation as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Process client data in accordance with technical specifications, documented procedures, and industry best practices.
• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, Relativity One, and other tools; perform inventory, discovery, automated processing, publishing, QC, and data investigation.
• Create, prepare, and format load files and deliverables for review in Relativity databases.
• Adopt Lighthouse proprietary tools to perform SOP-driven duties.
• Assist in Relativity post-processing loading, QC, and indexing (analytics).
• Perform ad-hoc data queries for reporting and analysis as required.
• Independently manage queued job requests to ensure progress with minimal delay.
• Stage and validate all data from original evidence media.
• Provide job status updates and detailed handoff instructions during transitions.
• Document completed work, outstanding items, and next steps to ensure smooth handoffs.
