Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Processing Analyst to join a collaborative, service-focused team. You will champion best practices, develop and improve processing workflows, and manage day-to-day tasks across Lighthouse and RelativityOne platforms.

The role emphasizes training, process optimization, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction and adherence to EDRM standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more of education, experience, or certifications are required.
• Experience in processing data in an eDiscovery environment is desired.
• Familiarity with automated processing workflows and EDRM stages preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Train new or current team members in department processes and applications.
• Recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support processing initiatives and continuous improvement of systems.
• Maintain and review scalable playbooks and SOPs to reflect evolving workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers to set deadlines and resolve issues.
• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, RelativityOne and other tools.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne workspaces and permissions.
• Serve as first-level escalation for internal tech and data issues.
• Adopt Lighthouse tools and RelativityOne features to deliver defensible client work.
• Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while balancing quality and client commitments.
• Understand all stages of EDRM to support processing workflows.
• Estimate timelines and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
