Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create detailed SOPs across electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety. The candidate will use Word and SharePoint to manage workflows, a procedure matrix, and tracking from creation to approval.

Responsibilities include producing clear technical documents, collaborating with SMEs, and maintaining document accuracy. A strong background in technical writing and CMMS familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and technical documents, including SOPs, MOPs, EOPs.
• Work closely with SMEs to gather information and develop accurate documentation.
• Manage documentation workflow and ensure timely updates and approvals.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documents.
• Ability to learn in-depth mechanical and electrical theories and systems.
• Inventory work.
• Backup of other Critical Environments Ops Coordinators.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
