Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to understand challenges, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into actionable specifications for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in process consulting, business analysis, or transformation.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and develop practical improvements.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and efficiency.
