Job summary

We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented Process Consultant to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The Process Consultant will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business/engineering/related field.
3+ years in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of process analysis, workflow design, and process optimization.
Experience documenting SOPs and process documentation.
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience gathering requirements and translating to actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across organizational levels.
Proficiency with MS Office and process-mapping tools (Visio, etc.).
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or continuous improvement is a plus.
Experience with workflow automation, ERP/CRM tools, BI is advantageous.
Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Document current-state and future-state processes with process maps and diagrams.
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop recommendations and strategies aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
Develop SOPs, process documentation, guidelines, and workflow specs.
Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation.
Evaluate impact on people, systems, costs, and performance.
Establish performance metrics and reporting for improvement.
Analyze data to identify root causes and evidence-based recommendations.
Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
Support change management and adoption of new processes.
Monitor performance post-implementation and propose additional improvements.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation.
