Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and optimization.
• Experience producing process maps, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and operating models to identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and workshops to understand requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes with maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation.
