Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, process optimization, and operational improvement.
• Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes using process maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders, operations, technology, and SMEs to design solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow specs.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, costs, and performance.
• Establish process performance metrics and reporting to measure improvement.
• Analyze data and trends to identify root causes and evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate improvement workshops and requirements gatherings.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and propose further improvements.
