Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Business Admin, Management, Operations, Industrial Eng, Info Systems).
• 3+ years in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, optimization, and improvement.
• Experience developing process maps, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable process recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Document current and future-state processes with maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation; maintain workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure improvement.
• Facilitate change management activities and adoption of new processes.
