The role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and developing practical, scalable solutions to boost quality, productivity, and performance. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and experience working with cross-functional teams to map current processes, define improvements, and implement sustainable changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/administration, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process mapping and SOP documentation.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state processes with maps and diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective process solutions.
• Develop SOPs, guidelines, and workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign, optimization, and standardization initiatives.
