• Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable improvements.
• Researches best practices to establish benchmark data and inform recommendations.
• Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend practices that reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Determines how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes.
• Specializes in benchmarking, process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and process-driven systems requirements.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives and links them to related areas.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods with minimal direction and follows established guidelines.
