Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years re-engineering process improvements with data analysis.
• Experience with root cause analysis and collaborating with product teams.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for multiple levels.
• Proven ability to write and enact new process initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes.
• Develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements.
• Research best practices and benchmark data within and outside Humana.
• Influence department strategy and project component approaches.
