Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; passion for improving consumer experiences.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
- Strong background in change management, including readiness, comms, training, adoption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes.
- Research best practices and benchmarks to inform improvements.
- Develop and recommend process improvements focusing on safety, productivity, and cost.
- Engage stakeholders and collaborate across teams to implement changes.
