Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Lead within the CPES team to drive enterprise operational processes. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain project plans, and support governance activities to ensure standardized execution.

This remote role requires collaboration with department leaders, leadership-level updates, and action on risks and issues to enable successful implementation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Public Health, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years coordinating enterprise-level operational processes, projects, governance, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, standardization, and optimization of processes to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive resolution to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate governance meetings, action items, and executive-ready reporting.
