Jobgether SRL is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist/Manager for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will lead process improvement initiatives across public-sector operations, analyze current-state processes, and design scalable future-state workflows aligned with mission objectives.

You will collaborate with program managers, analysts, IT, and field staff to deliver practical solutions, promote change management, and measure performance with KPIs. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in process improvement or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
• Experience with federal agencies or mission-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives analyzing current-state operations.
• Collaborate across program managers, analysts, IT, and field staff.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Develop standard operating procedures and performance dashboards.
• Support change management and stakeholder training.
• Monitor KPIs and data to ensure alignment with goals.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
• Mentor teams on process improvement tools and best practices.
• Promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Ensure processes align with federal regulations and data governance.
