Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, management consulting, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, process optimization, and operational improvement.
• Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable process recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or comparable process-mapping tools.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Experience with workflow automation, ERP systems, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, or process-management software is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, CBAP, PMP, or comparable credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations and implementation plans for process improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders and technology teams to design effective solutions.
• Establish SOPs and process documentation and guidelines.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of proposed changes on people, systems, costs, and performance.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to measure improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and requirements gatherings.
• Support change management activities and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor process performance post-implementation and suggest further improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure redesigned processes align with policies, controls, and standards.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Manage multiple consulting assignments and maintain project schedules.
