Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in process consulting, business analysis, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and optimization.
• Experience documenting processes with SOPs and process maps.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project management.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or BPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes with maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop improvement strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective solutions.
• Create SOPs, process docs, and workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign and standardization initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, and costs.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure performance.
• Analyze data trends to support recommendations.
• Lead or participate in requirement gathering sessions.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes.
