Qualifications

3+ years of experience in process consulting or related fields.
Ability to map current processes and design future-state solutions.
Experience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and assessments.
Document current-state and future-state processes with maps and diagrams.
Develop recommendations and implementation plans.
Monitor performance and drive adoption of improvements.
