Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. seeks a Process Consultant on a full-time contract basis to evaluate business processes and craft practical improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and productivity across functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map workflows and identify optimization opportunities. Responsibilities include assessments, documenting current and future states, defining KPIs, and supporting change management as new processes are adopted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, management consulting, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps and flowcharts.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish process performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.
