Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience in public sector or business process improvement (initial screening).
• Experience using MS Office Suite, Teams, Visio or similar tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of Texas Works and Medicaid programs is a plus (preferred).
• Lean/Six Sigma, CAPM/PMP, CSPO/CSM/SAFe certifications are a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule per agency policy.
• Reviews and evaluates new or improved business practices for application to programs or operations.
• Develops and updates policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Develops solutions to organizational issues and conducts training for implementation.
