Job summary

Telework may be available; extensive collaboration with cross-office teams is required. The position requires 3+ years of experience in process improvement within public health or social services, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of full-time professional work experience, preferably in a public sector or health services setting.
• Experience with HHSC programs, policies, and procedures related to eligibility determination preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule per agency policy.
• Reviews and evaluates new or improved business practices and develops business cases with ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
• Develops policies, procedures, goals, and objectives related to administrative programs.
