Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a knowledge management specialist to develop process documents and templates, and to promote best practices across life cycle development. The role focuses on defining information needs and choosing supporting methodologies and tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience with knowledge assets and relevant process frameworks, plus strong analytical and communication skills for broad enterprise use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business applications or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of knowledge management experience.
• Experience working with company knowledge assets.
• Experience working with company methodologies and process frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develops process documents and templates to establish consistency and repeatability in life cycle and management processes.
• Develops logical narrative to clearly express abstract methodology concepts and related items in a format that can be broadly understood by practitioners across the enterprise.
• Assists in defining information needed for processes and systems. Promotes the use of methodology and process within the team and the corporation.
• Assists individuals and teams in the selection of supporting methodology, tools, processes and techniques.
• Contributes to work product reuse; assists in the development of and implements improvements to life cycle development tools, processes, approaches and/or techniques incorporating best practices.
