Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to work from home. You will call consumers to secure payments on past due student loans and ensure compliance with laws. The role offers training, a supportive team environment, and potential bonuses.

Compensation is $20-$26 per hour based on experience; remote equipment is provided. Applicants undergo Harver assessments as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to stay in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
