Account Control Technology is hiring a Remote Collections Representative for private student loans. You will call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts and ensure compliance with FDCPA and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. Reaching out to consumers.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique and engaging.
